CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 21^st April 2005

Subject: Anti-dumping Investigation into import of NBR from the European Union, Brazil and Mexico.

1. No. 14/32/2003-DGAD:- Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Preliminary Findings vide Notification No 14/32/2003-DGAD dated 30^th March 2005 in the subject antidumping investigation.

2. The Duty Table notified in the said notification is hereby replaced as follows:
