Monitoring System of funds under CIB/ASIDE

Guidelines for Data Entry

  1. If a project has been sanctioned to a State Government under CIB and then funds have also been sanctioned by the State Government for the same project under ASIDE from its allocation, Progress Report for the funds released under CIB should be entered under "CIB". For the ASIDE portion, the Progress Report should be entered under "ASIDE".
  2. Certain projects were sanctioned to State Governments under ASIDE in 2001-02. Those projects are also listed in "CIB" and Progress Report should be entered there only.
  3. For Central Sector, the entry of the projects have been made centrally and Progress Report for projects under CIB is to be entered in "CIB" and for ASIDE projects, including projects of 2001-02, under "ASIDE" only.
  4. Since the programme has been re-done, State Governments/Central agencies should update data for each of the quarter of 2002-03,2003-04 and subsequent years. State Governments must enter data first in QPR-I for all projects and then in QPR-II.
