GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN HONOURS Dr. KRISHNAMURTHY

Dr. V. Krishnamurthy, Chairman, National Manufacturing Competitiveness Council (NMCC), Government of India, was honoured by the Government of Japan with the highest award “The Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun”.
The award was presented to him in an investiture ceremony held last week by the Emperor of Japan at Tokyo. This award was in recognition for his contribution in shaping the Indo-Japanese relationships, particularly in the field of industrial cooperation.
